Common Questions
I can’t log in
Your account is created by your company administrator. If you haven't received your login credentials, ask your supervisor or company safety director. If you received your credentials but can't log in, try resetting your password from the login page.
I forgot my password
Tap “Forgot password?” on the login page. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
How do I submit attendance?
Go to the Training tab, open this week's eTT, watch the video, then scroll down to the attendance form. Check off the crew members who attended, fill in the Knowledge Check, and tap Submit.
How do I download an attendance record?
After submitting attendance, go to eTT Attendance Records in the Training section. Find your submission and tap the PDF download button.
How do I get the app?
eSAFETY PRO is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for “eSAFETY PRO” or ask your company administrator for the download link.

For Company Administrators
How do I add employees?
Go to Admin > Users > Add User. Enter the employee's name, email, and role. They'll receive a welcome email with login credentials. You can also import multiple users at once using the CSV/Excel import feature.
How do I reset someone’s password?
Go to Admin > Users, find the user, and click Reset Password. A new temporary password will be generated and sent to the user via email.
How do I view my company’s compliance data?
Your Home dashboard shows training completion rates, recent submissions, and action items. For detailed records, use the Training and Forms sections to search and filter by employee, date, or topic.
